Sorry! | Sports Day

So I haven't really posted in quite a while :/ 

Well, anyway, today was my schools Sports Day! Now, I'm not very good at Sports, which is tricky, because I quite like Pe. And that makes it even more embarrassing when I'm all energetic and excited, and then I do terribly!

I originally wanted to do cheerleading, but as there were no spaces I had to do discus (is that how to spell it?!).

I had never done discus before and had no idea on what it was or how to do it! All I knew was you had to throw it. 

One of the things I didn't realise, and funnily didn't pick up on was you had to enter the circle thing from the back...

Luckily sir was very nice and let me off!

The second thing was, I hadn't the first clue on how or when or where to throw it. Once I figured that out I realised that my hand was too small to hold the discus...

Not awkward at all

I then came last as I was told to just chuck it in the air. To be honest even if my hands were big enough these guys had been training and most of them took part in athletics so I probably didn't have a chance anyway.

But hey ho I did... my best???... I guess... and I got points for my team/house for showing up anyway!

Thankfully my team/house is made up of some very good athletes so we won! I think!
